Ruaan Kriel
Ruaan is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA). Ruaan also holds professional registration as an Industrial and Organisational Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). Ruaan is passionate about empowering clients to achieve their goals collaboratively. He deploys psychological interventions from an adaptive information processing, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed perspective, utilising evidence-based treatments such as Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Ruaan is a certified EMDR practitioner. He specialises in mental health matters such as mixed mood (depression and anxiety), trauma, and relationship difficulties. Ruaan also works with clients experiencing perceptual concerns and supports families with neurodiverse children.

Gurri Singh
Gurri is a qualified practitioner who brings warmth, insight and a person-centred approach to his work. He has a strong background supporting people with complex presentations and diverse needs, including autism, intellectual disability and challenging behaviours.
Gurri believes that all behaviour has meaning and is committed to understanding each person’s unique story and goals. He focuses on developing practical strategies that promote well-being and connection.
Outside of work, Gurri is an active and easy-going person who enjoys talking about sport, playing games and finding common ground with people of all ages. He knows the value of shared interests in building trust and connection, and loves using those moments to help participants feel heard and understood.

Pinky Kumawat
Pinky is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in psychology and a strong commitment to person-centred, evidence-informed support. She has experience working with individuals across a range of abilities and support needs, using positive behaviour support strategies to promote meaningful, lasting change.
Pinky works closely with participants, families, and support networks to develop tailored behaviour support plans that reflect each individual’s goals, preferences, and values. She places a strong emphasis on collaboration and consistency to ensure supports are both practical and effective.

Daryl Bredenkamp
Daryl is responsible for ensuring that Good Collective Australia operates with transparency, integrity and in line with all relevant regulatory and ethical standards. With a strong foundation in corporate compliance and policy development, Daryl plays a key role in managing risk, upholding internal governance frameworks and maintaining alignment with NDIS requirements. His work ensures that our organisation remains accountable and focused on delivering safe, high-quality supports to our clients.
When he’s not fine-tuning policies or strengthening compliance systems, Daryl is a steady presence across the team, offering advice, clarity and operational support.
